To promote the co-operation in planning and developing road network, Mr Wim Westerhuis (left), High Representative of International Road Federation based in Switzerland has visited to Thailand and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr Barry Cable (centre), Director of Transport and Tourism Division of United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP).
Also witnessing during the contract signing is Mr Marcel Ewals (left), Managing Director of AsiaCongress Events Co Ltd.
