To further promote the upcoming Asia Fitness Convention 2011 (AFC 2011), a “Celebrity Well-being Workshop” was recently hosted by co-organizers of the AFC 2011, AsiaCongress Events Co., Ltd. and Fitness Innovations (Thailand) Ltd. at FIT’s studios. The event highlighted the latest dynamic exercise regime, Combine360, and the Altitude Training System, which will both make their debut in Asia at the AFC 2011 during October 21 – 23, 2011. In addition, to complement her book, ‘Healthy – Happy – Beautiful’, Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005, took the opportunity to also launch her new “HHBLIFE.com” interactive portal on this occasion.

The AFC 2011 is being held for the third consecutive year in Bangkok, and will see over 30 world-class performance, fitness and health presenters flying to Bangkok to contribute their expertise.
