Company Provides Earnings Guidance for 2006 and 2007

Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AXVC), a company developing exciting and potentially revolutionary internal combustion engine technologies, in complying with the requirements of Regulation FD today announced certain material facts that were disclosed in the conference call it held yesterday with investors, brokers, and fund managers.

Axial Vector is pleased to report that during the conference call, Dr.Raymond Brouzes, President of Axial Vector Engine Corporation, and Samuel Higgins, Secretary-Treasurer provided an in depth company background, an update on recent progress, and also issued earnings guidance for fiscal 2006 and 2007." Our expected earnings guidance for fiscal 2006 is $40,000,000 or $1.12 per share, and our expected earnings for fiscal 2007 is $140,000,000 or $3.36 a share," stated Sam Higgins.

Further disclosures made on the call included announcing the company will move in July of this year into the 55,000 sq ft "Axial Vector Center of Excellence for Propulsion and Power Generation" on Long Island, NY.
