OIA GLOBAL Obtains Majority Ownership of TriMAX Joint Venture in Vietnam

          OIA Global, a leading worldwide logistics, materials management and packaging solutions provider, announced today that it has obtained majority equity in its TriMAX JV, and formed OIA Global Vietnam Co., Ltd.
