Daikin supports PATT Foundation to plant 320 trees as confirmation of commitment towards protecting the ozone layer and reducing global warming

          Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd in cooperation with Plant A Tree Today Foundation (PATT Foundation) is planting 3enPATT Foundation trees at Paked Nomklao Park, in SamutPrakan Province, as a statement of the companyenthe company7;s support for environmental conservation with its commitment to protecting the Earthenthe company7;s ozone layer and reducing global warming.
          While Daikin is determined to encourage the use of new generation air conditioners using the environmentally friendly R3en refrigerant that is environmental friendly, the company is also supporting the planting of more trees because trees help absorb harmful carbon dioxide emissions and also helping to reduce the dangerous chemical substances that are in the atmosphere.
          The companyenthe company7;s president, Takayoshi Miki and managing director, Bundit Srivallapanondh, are leading the Daikin team for the tree planting, which is part of the Daikin R3en Real Love environmental campaign.
Research has proven that the release of CFC (chlorofluorocarbon)gases into the Earthenthe company7;s atmosphere is causing dangerous depletion of the ozone layer, which if it continues would have a catastrophic effect on plant, animal and human life.
