Etihad Guest Miles are earned for the distance travelled, with bonus miles earned depending on seat Zones and Tier Levels. Etihad Guest members can make redemptions after their very first flight or activity, using as little as one mile and having the option to top up the mileage shortfall with cash.
Members can redeem their Miles at the online RewardsShop ( www.etihadguest.com ), using the handy slider tool function to choose your optimum combination of cash and miles to make a purchase. Alternatively, Guests can shop at the designated retail partners throughout the UAE region.
Etihad Guest offers complete flexibility and year-round availability, with every seat on every passenger plane available for redemption of flight rewards through two redemption options. With no black-out periods, Guests have total freedom in choosing when they fly using their earned Miles.
As frequent flyers accumulate mileage, they are entitled to more and more privileges through the tiered programme. Guests who accumulate 25,000 Tier Miles or 20 Tier Segments are upgraded to Etihad Guest Silver, followed by Etihad Guest Gold after accumulating 50,000 Tier Miles or 40 Tier Segments.
Silver Tier membership guarantees a seat in Coral Zone and 10Kg in excess baggage while Gold Tier members receive priority check in and fast track immigration services with additional limousine service from the airport and a 15Kg excess baggage allowance.
