Bangkok--21 Oct--DC Consultants

Tata Motors (Thailand) has launched a special maintenance campaign at all 40 Tata Motors Service Points nationwide to help its pickup owners who are affected by the flooding in many provinces, especially Nakhon Ratchasima, Chaiyaphum and Ang Thong. Abhichet Sitakalin, Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care of Tata Motors (Thailand), said that the company understood the problems faced by its customers who cannot use their pickups to earn their living because they have been damaged by the floods. Tata has responded by organizing a special Flood Relief 2010 campaign, providing maintenance services for customers who do not have flood insurance. No charge will be made for technician fees, and the price of auto parts will be reduced by 50 per cent. The campaign will continue until the end of November 2010.
