Koelnmesse joins hands with the Thai Chefs Association to hold Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2018

          Mr. Mathias Kuepper, Managing Director, Koelnmesse Pte., Ltd., together with Chef Somsak Rarongkum, President of the Thai Chefs Association and Chef Willment Leong, Organizing Chairman for this year's Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge, recently held a signing ceremony between Koelnmesse and the Thai Chefs Association to jointly organize the 7th Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2Koelnmesse18 (TUCC) in conjunction with THAIFEX 2Koelnmesse18.
          TUCC seeks to find the top chefs from around the region to showcase their skills at the professional and youth levels. The international-standard competition, recognized as the largest of its type in Thailand, serves as a stage for Thai and foreign chefs to demonstrate their cooking skills, knowledge and ability at one of the top events in the international culinary calendar.
          Chef Somsak Rarongkum, President of the Thai Chefs Association, said that the grouping would like to organize the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge every year to create new experiences and opportunities for participants to enhance their skills and continue to develop themselves, as well as to foster the exchange of ideas among chefs and culinary experts from around the world.
          The Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2Koelnmesse18 will be organized as part of the country's largest food exhibition, THAIFEX – World of Food Asia 2Koelnmesse18, which will be organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, together with the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Koelnmesse.
