The PARQ emerges as the rising star of mixed-use properties; racks up trophies from industry-leading awards this year

The PARQ, the mixed-use development integrating smart workplaces and retail under the concept of "Life Well Balanced", has been honored with several titles from prestigious award programs in Thailand's real estate industry. Recently launched in early 2020, The PARQ has won the awards that validate its strong commitment and excellence in improving people's well-being while raising the standard of commercial real estates in the country.

The PARQ has recently won PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2020 in three categories, including Best Office Development, Best Office Architectural Design and Best Green Development. The annual award program, which marks its15th edition this year, is held annually to celebrate the best projects, design and innovation within the real estate industry in the past year. Hailed as the most respected and sought-after property industry honour in Thailand, the event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme established in 2005.

In addition to the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2020, The PARQ has been awarded the inaugural "Special Recognition Award, Green Innovation" from Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020, which is bestowed upon the project recognized as the best green development in Thailand. The award serves as another validation of The PARQ's vision to become Thailand's leader in green innovation and sustainability.

The PARQ, owned by Kasemsubsiri Company Limited under TCC Assets Group, was developed by Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the project's development manager. The project received pre-WELL Certification and is set to become Thailand's first mixed-use development to receive both WELL and LEED Gold v4 certification, the latest standards for sustainable and green building.

The inaugural phase of The PARQ comprises The PARQ Workplace - a Grade A commercial space totalling 60,000 sqm. with Thailand's largest column-free commercial floor plate at 5,200 sqm. per floor - and The PARQ Life, offering 12,000 sqm. or more than 60 dining, shopping, fitness and wellness amenities to meet the everyday needs of its occupants, visitors, and the surrounding areas. The development has a gross floor area of 130,000 square meters, with an investment value of THB 8 billion.
