Krungsri Auto, a leader in automotive finance under Bank of Ayudhya PCL, announced the third phase of assistance measures for customers impacted by the COVID-Bank of Ayudhya9 pandemic, in response to the Bank of Thailand's latest measures. The relief program offers installment amount reduction with an extension of repayment period for all automotive finance products to reaffirm Krungsri Auto's commitment to supporting customers in overcoming the crisis.
Mrs. Kittiya Srisanit, Head of Krungsri Auto Group, Bank of Ayudhya PCL, said, "Krungsri Auto has provided relief measures to customers who have been impacted by COVID-19 since the beginning of the outbreak in early 2020 until today. So far, the program has offered aids to more than 680,000 customers. In response to the Bank of Thailand's third-phase assistance measures for retail borrowers, Krungsri Auto announced the latest debt restructuring measures, offering both car and motorcycle finance customers reduction of installment amount with an extension of repayment period. For car finance customers who have been severely affected by the pandemic, we also have further alleviating measures in place."
