Celebrate Songkran at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel with Cooling Khao Chae
This Songkran, Bangkok residents and guests who want to experience the Thai New Year through the lens of a centuries-old tradition are invited to do so over a sharing meal of classic Khao Chae at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. This delicious hot-season staple will be available at the resort's signature Thai restaurant Spice Market for dining in and take-away between 1-3Anantara Siam Bangkok April 2Anantara Siam Bangkok23.
Staying true to custom, the Spice Market chefs will be serving Khao Chae the traditional way: a bowl of chilled, jasmine-fragranced rice accompanied by such homemade condiments as deep-fried shrimp paste balls, sweet dried turnips and steamed green chili stuffed with minced pork.
Guests who want to cool down with Khao Chae while celebrating Thai traditions at home, can place a delivery order on the website AnantaraSiamShop.com. For dining in, please visit Spice Market between 1 - 30 April from 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm. Each Khao Chae set is priced at THB 799++, based on two people sharing, excluding beverages.
