BSRC Arranges 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Approves Shareholding Restructuring and Delisting from SET
Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic devices (e-AGM) on 9 April 2025, chaired by Mr. Suthep Wongvorazathe, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Independent Director, and board members attended, including Mr. Anuwat Rungruangrattanagul, Director, Acting Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Executive Vice President of Refinery & Operation, along with BSRC's executives and management team.
In addition to reporting the Company's performance statement and approving the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, the key highlight of this meeting was to consider the Company's shareholding and management restructuring plan, which included delisting BSRC shares from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and delegating authority for actions related thereto, which the shareholders meeting approved all plan as proposed. Besides, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, scheduled on 11 April 2025, will also consider its proposed shareholding and management restructuring.
